I’m in love with this!! I got the neutral colored model. I admit, it’s more brown than I thought it would be. It is slightly muted, though. I included a photo of several items of varying neutral colors for you so see, but the table is a very true brown - just slightly muted. My floors are a natural gray and my dog (haha) is a blonde/fawn color. Also, note that these photos are taken at night, under warm white incandescent lights. The table has a more dusty/muted/grayish tone in sunlight but is still brown. I’m glad I didn’t go for the “brown” model because that would have been too yellow/golden! This is a soft, lovely brown color and I think it would blend with most other colors well. Now, it was SUPER easy to assemble and comes with the single hex key you need - no other tools required! Make sure you follow the instruction on there to not fully tighten any bolts until each one is started in its place; the holes in the wood parts are (thoughtfully) pre-installed metal pieces which means there’s no wiggle room if a screw isn’t totally aligned, but it adds to the quality and solidity of the piece. Just keep all bolts about halfway screwed in until everything is aligned, and tighten. It took me an hour. Finally, the table is pretty sturdy! If you shake it, it only moves a little bit. It comes with floor-friendly feet so it won’t scratch the floor. The stools have rubbery feet. I hated the $70 shipping price - I know it’s large and heavy but the less expensive brown one wasn’t that much to ship. :( With that being said, I paid $250 including shipping, and for me this isn’t a side table or something. It’s my daily kitchen table, and I plan on using it for years. So, $250 seemed reasonable when I took that into consideration and I feel the value for the $$ is actually pretty good for that reason. I definitely recommend it!
