I ordered a Sophia and William table, chair and umbrella patio set. Ordering was easy and the delivery was timely, efficient, and Items were carefully packed. The patio set is beautiful and everything I expected. The only problem I had was with the umbrella. I contacted the vendor and the customer service representatives were very understanding and helpful. They recommended for me to try a couple of things to see if that would solve the problem with the umbrella. We exchanged a couple of emails and I tried to fix it a couple of times following their instructions but when that didn’t work, they did not hesitate to replace the umbrella. The replacement umbrella arrived properly packaged and sooner than I expected. I am very happy with the items I purchased, and very impressed with the quality of their customer service.
